Need a Teammate Form

Submit the form below to be connected with a potential teammate for the fall season.
 

  • Please list your name exactly as you would like it to appear on the rosters and schedules.

  • Please double-check the entry of your email address and phone numbers to be certain you receive all communications.

  • Fees to play in the HHPPOA Bocce League are $10 per person per season.  You also must be a member of the Spring Lake Racquet Club.  Dues are $50 per person or $100 per family for a yearly bocce only membership.  If you are already a member of the Spring Lake Racquet Club for tennis, no additional fees are required.  You will not need to pay those fees until we are able to find a teammate.
