Registration Form

  • The player names, team names, email addresses and phone numbers will be listed on team rosters and schedules exactly as you enter them on the form.  Please check your entries for accuracy.

  • Bocce dues for the Fall 2026 season are $10 per person.  In addition, you must have a bocce membership in the Spring Lake Racquet Club.  Those individuals who are returning from the Spring 2026 bocce season have already paid for the 2026 calendar year have paid the Spring Lake Racquet Club fee.  All other returning and new players must pay the 2026 calendar year fee of $50 per person or $100 per family.   PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE IN THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY ON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
