Registration Form

  • The player names, team names, email addresses and phone numbers will be listed on team rosters and schedules exactly as you enter them on the form.  Please check your entries for accuracy.

  • Bocce dues for the Spring 2026 season are $10 per person.  In addition, you must have a bocce membership in the Spring Lake Racquet Club.  The fee for the entire 2026 calendar year is $50 per person or $100 per family.  PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE IN THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY ON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
